Little Mountain Park is Salmon Arm's in-town escape: about 8 km of wide, smooth forest trails you can stitch into loops of almost any length. The highlight is the short climb up the Summit Trail to a Secwépemc landmark sculpture, where benches look out over Salmon Arm, Salmon Arm Bay, the Fly Hills and Kela7scen (Mount Ida). In spring, the west-facing bluffs are covered in wildflowers.

Good to know
It's a great choice for families, quick after-work walks and winter outings close to town. Bears are occasionally seen in the park, so keep an eye out. The trails are maintained by the Shuswap Trail Alliance.
Little Mountain is a public park rather than a business, so there's no owner to claim this page — the City of Salmon Arm or trail volunteers can contact The Shuswap Loop with updates.
